Well, here we are at the last week until Christmas.
As if that is not challenging enough. I am working retail, still needing to finish up my gift giving purchasing – wrapping too – and my 2 daughters are home for the holidays! And, prepare for a family dinner….
I decided to add something else to my list……a sketch from Freshly Made! Look at this weeks challenge –
Wow!
Got to work on few different takes, but, this is the one I like –
What do you think?
I decided to direct mine sideways. Made more sense to me. Since I used a striped (retired) DSP, it is an optical illusion that make the sentiment look a bit crooked. Well, at least that it what I’m tell myself! LOL. Base is Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler. Image is from a hostess set. Hard to tell, but I outlined the letters in a sparkly Gelly Roll pen. I also added a couple of Basic Pearls. Just adds that special touch.
Thanks again ladies for great challenge!
Happy Stampin’

Good use of small pieces that just don’t seem to be enough to do anything with. Looks great. Nancy
