I’m working on projects for my May class. I thought I might do some heat embossed image. Before you stamp your image in Versamark, rub an Embossing Buddy over your paper. This alleviates any *static* that might be on your paper. You will then have a clean and crisp stamped image.
Now, sometimes when you stamp your image and apply your embossing powder, mystery dots, specks, pieces of embossing powder appear. From where? Who knows? So, if you apply heat to those *unwanted* spots, they will also become *embossed*.
Before you embossed your image, you can remove these spots easily with a paintbrush. Yes, a paintbrush! I keep one in my stash of stamp supplies just for this. Just be very careful to only remove the *unwanted* areas before you emboss!
Happy Stampin’
