Just a quick post of a card from last months stamp class. I know, what about the rest of this months project postings…….I’m getting to them.
I just think this was super cute and *simple*!!
I combined 2 different Sale-A-Bration offerings this time. I started with a River Rock Long Note, it’s retired, but you can recreate this long note style easily. Now, the banner string, I just drew freehand with a sparkly Gelly Roll Pen. The actual pennants that hang from the string were a snap to make with the Extra Large Star Punch using the Ice Cream Parlor DSP. To make them, simply punch a star out and cut off the points of the star. You will get 5 pennants per star this way. I cut 1 star from each of the DSP sheets and just flipped some over. The greeting is stamped in, my favorite, Basic Grey from the So Happy for You Stamp Set.
This is a super quick, super simple, made from scraps card that you can recreate in no time!
Happy Stampin’
