Happy St. Patrick’s’ Day to you –
I have fond memories from childhood of March birthday parties I attended. My friend’s birthday was March 17th. Every year she would have a big party where all the guest would trek through her lush back yard in search of the hidden pot of gold. Of course there were all sorts of neat hidden treasures throughout the yard. We would run around and play and do the usual birthday party games and festivities. It was just a neat idea!
This card takes me back –
Aw heck, it’s pretty obvious to seasoned stampers some of the features on this card, or maybe not.
Supplies. Very Vanilla base. The Old Olive Square Lattice Die. Several of our circle punches. A 2 inch scallop circle punch, not Stampin’ Up. Gold vellum. This green glimmer paper from a leftover Christmas pack, goes soo well with the Old Olive! Lucky Shamrock Stamp from the Mini Catalog, stamped in Old Olive. The shamrock petals are the smallest heart from the Heart to Heart Punch – WOW, they are the exact same size! The Scallop Trim Border Punch adds the finishing touch to this shamrock beauty!
Pretty good for throwing something together at the last-minute. What do you think? Leave a comment –
Happy Stampin’

Really cute and clever card. I love the circles and scallops with the lattice die.
