I found these Russell Stover boxes of candy for a steal not long ago. And, not wanting to pass up a great deal, I snatched them all up. Then, came the challenge to *create* something with them. Yes, I could have just wrapped the boxes in DSP, but, if you know me, eh, I like a challenge.
So, I pulled out my grid paper and ruler and went to creating. After 2 tries, this is what I came up with –
The box opens at the top. The candy *just* fits into the box perfectly. I like the bow/ribbon tie better in this second photo –
Decorating it came easily. It started with scraps, that I just so happened to like, and voila – done! This cute set fron the Occasions Mini, Eat Chocolate was, no doubt, the best choice for this. Red Glimmer Paper and the 1 1/4 Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon add the right amount of punch to this little box.
Happy Stampin’
