Four. That means, get your list organized and get busy.
Todays post was inspired from Carolyn. She made something similar to this earlier in the year at a stampin’ retreat, one that I was not able to attend.
This is what I came up with –
It is important to preserve/share/backup you photos, especially when they are photos of special times, such as Christmas. So, todays item is just for that.
Go ahead and take lots of pictures, lots of pictures. Now, get out a CD and copy it/burn it. Place it in this nifty little CD holder and SHARE A MEMORY! Give it to friends – family – those that are special to you. Or, just use it to decoratively hold your Christmas 2010 Memories! And, don’t forget to make notes, journal about your memories. How quickly we forget the little things that mean the most.
Old Olive is my base. This is just a *basic* T pattern altered to fit a CD. Measures 8 1/2 x 11. Parallel to the 11 side, score at 1 1/4 & 6 3/4. Rotate. Score at 5 & 10. Remove sections. Punch an area to access your pocket contents. I chose the 2 1/2 Circle. Apply Sticky Strip. Make pocket.
Outside is Bashful Blue and retired Holiday Treasures DSP. Adornment is the Clear Circle in Bashful Blue and 2 Snowflake #2 ‘s in felt and Vellum, wrapped with Silver Tinsel Trim. A velcro dot keeps it closed. Once opened, the sentiment is from Word Play stamped in Basic Grey.
Journaling card is layers of Bashful Blue, Old Olive and Whisper White.
Happy Christmas Memories –
