Wedding Wishes

So this is a special wedding card for my sister who got married Saturday. After a brief courtship, (what, like 20 years) she decided to get married.

Wedding and Anniversary cards are a real challenge for me. I just never know what to make. I was stumped for quite a while and everyone thought I was just procrastinating in making a card. But, I wasn’t. When the thought came to me – this card just flowed! And, I love the way it turned out.

The base is River Rock . The *cake* is made from retired Bridesmaid Specialty Paper (I sure do miss this paper!). I used lots of dimensionals to give the cake a little even *pop*.  The flowers are punched from Itty Bitty Shapes. I attached them with Tombow adhesive. Heart cake topper is made from the Heart to Heart punch, popped up with dimensional.
