Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features adventure.

I decided to use a set I haven’t used before, the Above the Clouds bundle.

What an adventurous idea to combine it with the From My Heart Designer Series Paper, wouldn’t you agree? And, this sentiment is also perfect!!! It is from Tasteful Textures that matched the hot air balloons.

A simple idea with a current feel using this Valentine paper!

Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!

Our theme this week features a vintage looking card.

Oh, these are fun to create!

I decided the Tasteful Textures stamp was a great choice for this type of card –

I repeatedly stamped this pretty antique looking shape in Sahara Sand on Sahara Sand.

I added the sentiment from the same stamp set, stamped in Merry Merlot.

The Pressed Petals Washi tape was a nice addition to the side of the sentiment strip.

I used the other pattern from the same washi tape set, adding it above and below that strip.

Since the card base is this beautiful Merry Merlot, a darker color, I added Very Vanilla panel to the inside. I also decorated it a bit –

I added a strip of washi tape and some petals to the inside of the card. Just adds a little something something.
