I made a card today without a challenge! And, without direction, can you believe it?

I guess I might have had a little direction, it’s my aunts birthday, Janie. She has been such an influential person in my life.

I played around with the beautiful Garden Bloom set. It’s one of those 2-step sets that can be a bit tricky. I managed to make it work and made this. Of course, I used the stamps from the Watercolor Wishes set. It really matches the style of these flowers.

I love it! And, since I loved it so much I decided to use it as a Card Buffet selection for this weekend.

Have You Herd?

I know. I know. That’s not how you spell the word.

It applies to my card share today. A popular one at my last Card Buffet. By the way, I post my Card Buffet board on my Facebook page the Friday before my class if you’d like to take a look.

This card is not a new idea or design. Yes, it’s out there on the interweb already. But, the rock may still be there and you might not have seen it.

It’s cute isn’t it?

Very simple and so fun! Especially for those of us who actually remember what this card is duplicating or copying.

And, it’s an excuse to use those Project Life Framelits you just knew you were going to use but have yet to touch.

I bought the photopolymer version of this stamp set. It worked great with the Memento ink and the Piece Mat. Nice and clean stamped image.

I rounded my corners using the Envelope Punch Board. It punched through the front and back of this card with ease. Use your arsenal of forgotten tools and supplies. Each have so many different uses and long to be played with.
