Welcome to our Thursday Create with Connie and Mary sketch challenge!

Here is our newest challenge –

I decided to create another mini slim card –

My card is sized 3 1/2″ x 6″. This fits into a #6 1/2 envelope, you know, one of those for personal checks.

I used the Most Wonderful Time Product Medley refill kit to create my card (yes, you can just purchase the refill for the beautiful paper and embellishments) –

These are gorgeous papers and a generous amount too!

I used 2 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ cuts for this. The sentiment is from Perfectly Plaid and is perfect to go along with the wrapped gifts in this pattern.

I used the Banners Pick A Punch for the end of the sentiment.

This is a just fun card!

Christmas Wreath

Happy Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!

Here is our latest two-week challenge –

Optional Theme : Wreath or Foilage

Great idea as I am designing cards for my annual Christmas card class.

Simply sweet as I’d like to say.

I due cut the same wreath design from the Wreath Builder Dies in two colors and adhered them askew.

I placed them on a strip of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper. I made the bottom a banner by cutting up the center about 1/4″ and making a diagonal cut from each end to the top of the cut in the center. Easy, easy, when you want a quick flag look.

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the sentiment nice and sharp.

Lastly, I added a bow made from Real Red 3/16″ Braided Linen Trim. It added texture and dimension for the card. I love it!

Optional Theme : Put Some Bling on It

I hadn’t shown much attention to the Perfectly Plaid bundle so I thought I’d go with that –

Nice and elegant and easy too!

Crumb Cake base. Cherry Cobbler Layer. Wrapped in Plaid DSP layer. Gold Strip. Cheery Cobbler circle. Stamped and punched tree. Done.

Oh. I did add some gold retired dots too! Lol!
