Hello my Friday friends!
Getting creative with folds today! I’ve got a Double Point fold today with a twist!
And, a view from the others side –
I started with a piece of soon-to-retire, Peony Garden* Designer Series Paper –
I cut it 4″ x 9 1/4″, this way I can get three from one sheet of 12″ x 12″! I scored it at 2″ and 7 1/4″. From the ends, I made 2 score lines from the center at 2″ down, 45°. (I actually used my retired Diagonal Plate for this.)
Here are couple more pictures from the top –
Opened –
Now, my scores and folds make more sense!
The center white piece is 4 7/8″ x 3 3/4″.
For the outer connecting piece, I used the retiring Stitched Nested Labels* –
They are on sale for $28.00, down from $35.00!
The Floral Essence* stamp set was perfect for the sentiment and flower. And, it is also on sale at $10.20, regularly $17.00!
All in all, it would not cost much to recreate this card using these retiring products!
