Sounds weird, right? It’s really not. They go together quite nicely!
Co-worker of mine is a Girl Scout leader. She asked me to make some Valentine treat holders for her Leader’s meeting. She wasn’t sure what she would put in them. So I had to guesstimate the size of the treat holder.
I made a few samples, all she liked. Ultimately, she went with this one –
How sweet are these? You can just taste the Thin Mint, right?
So the assembly line began. Twenty five. All the Fry Boxes, thank goodness for a die! All the Tear & Tape. All the stamping. All the punching. All the putting together.
Projects like this go great with friends. That’s how it started. Then I moved on to marathon TV watching.
Reality is, these didn’t take too long. And in the end, all worth it. Don’t you think?
And, of course I needed to give these cute little treat holders to her in a stylish way –
So yes, an adorable coordinating bag too! (Thanks A Lot, another cookie variety name, wouldn’t fit!)
I used lots of retired products from my stash to create these treat holders, the stamp set, the DSP. It feel good to ‘use’ them!!
Need something specific? I’d love to make it for you or help you design it.
So, what do you think of these?
