Happy Monday, right? I know many hate Mondays. I have a fun share today to help you get through your ‘Monday’.

My last post was right before leadership. I posted a really adorable gift for my friends. Now, let’s see what was in those adorable cello bags –

It was miniature coffee cups from webstaurant and a cute little coffee card to match! I also needed to create a card for a shoebox swap for the same ladies. So, in Libby fashion, I created one that coordinated with theses cups and my 3×3 mini card.

The middle card, note card size, was made using the Envelope Punch Board. It’s one of those ever popular file folder cards. But, when you open it, it’s a gift card holder. Stinkin’ sweet! This way, if one of the recipients needed a quick gift ensemble, here it was.

I got together with this wonderful group of ladies –

I was there with my up-line and also my uppity-line, lol!

Had a FABULOUS time! Now, off to unpack and organize my new goodies I received!

Happy Birthday Melissa

Happy Birthday, Melissa!

Today is sort of a double share. First and foremost, it’s my niece Melissa’s birthday. So, Happy Birthday to you, Melissa!!!

And, second, this is one of the cards from my July Card Buffet. Sometimes my creations for my Buffet, I just love soo much – I actually them to give out.

Either way, it’s it just too sweet? It starts with a base of the new Strawberry Slush In-Color. I added the DSP Gingham Garden as a main focal point. Then I layered a few punched and stamped shapes and done! Simple.

Nifty tip in case you didn’t know, but my sentiment flag was finished off with the Hexagon Punch. It helps to create just the right triangle for the points. Love this idea! Adds value to your punch too.

So, once again, Happy Birthday Melissa. I hope your day is as special as you are!

3×3 Label Love Notecards

Open house fun, oh yah!

These are the Make’n Takes from my Open House this past weekend. Aren’t they just the most adorable cards you’ve seen?

I wanted to show off the new In-Colors and how they compared to other colors in Stampin’ Up’s color line. Each In-Color is paired up with three other colors. And, of course, you need to see how the new colors stamp, right? It was just a great way to show multiple products too.

I got my inspiration from here. But, I didn’t want to make full cards, so, I modified the design. A lot. I also had the guest make a little sleeve for the clear box to store the cards in. Makes for a quick gift, it is pictured first. I also went the extra step to use a different embossing folder on each card and envelope flap.

I used the following card stocks, Smokey Slate for the box band.

Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, Soft Sky, and Pool Party for the Mr. & Mrs. card.

Strawberry Slush, Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride, Pink Pirouette for the Happy Birthday card.

Pistachio Pudding, Pear Pizzaz, Wild Wasabi and Old Olive for the Cutest Baby Ever card.

Crisp Cantaloupe, Calypso Coral, Tangerine Tango, and Pumpkin Pie for the Best Friend card.

Baked Brown Sugar, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, and Early Espresso for the Just for You card.
