Happy Saturday!

Thanks for joining us today!

Our theme this month features anything from the January to June Mini Catalog or Sale-a-bration catalog!

I went with the Flowering Cactus Product Medley. It has been my favorite lately. Why? Because it includes just about everything to create with!

And, there IS a refill!!!!

For this lovely, all I added was some card stock and twine for the card!

The purple, Highland Heather, cactus was cut from the dies. After, I used one of the dies repeatedly to get that nifty pattern on the cactus!

The felt flowers are in the kit as well! As well as two other twine colors. I wanted white. This is from the Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack.

You Are A Rare Find

Happy Wednesday!

Just look at this wonderful sketch from Freshly Made Sketches –

I had this new Flowering Cactus Product Medley sitting out on my desk. It was the right thing for the sketch!

Soo sweet, right?

But, which color is better???

I think I like this second one with the Calypso Coral base better! It just pops! Although, the Mini Macaron base is subtle and more clean. Decisions. Decisions.

The sweet line of cactus spines is a die from the kit! Such details! The die cut cacti is also pre-printed in the kit as well! See, lots of goodness to create with all in one place!

Look at all the sweet stuff you get on the Flowering Cactus Product Medley –

Stamp set, coordinating dies, Designer Series Paper, felt embellishments, and two colors of twine!!!

Bonus? There is a refill too!

Wow! I love it! What a fun way with cacti! Lol!

Happy B-Day Oh So Ombre

Hello!

Welcome to another fabulous set of Oh So Ombre cards!

I just can not quite playing with this fabulous paper from Sale-a-bration!!!!

I followed a sketch from the catalog today –

And I used my favorite, again, the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper –

Along with the must have, Happiest of Birthdays, stamp set. It is one of my favorites!

I was able to create all four cards from only two sheets of each pattern in the Designer Series Paper on this pack! Super quick and easy to make a bunch of these in no time!

I cut the strips and used every other one for front of the card. The remaining, another color, for the back.

When I cut the dotted center panel, same thing. I used one side for one card, the other, flipped for the back.

I stamped the same sentiment on all the cards in the same color ink as the base. I trimmed them closely, but all the same size, after stamping.

The small balloons are punched from the Balloon Builder Punch just randomly from scraps.

After the past few days, I have several cards to sent out for upcoming occasions! So excited!

Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop – Something New

Hello! Thank you for joining my third blog hop for today!

Welcome to a newly formed group of talented stampers for –

Our theme this month is anything new from Stampin’ Up!. Perfect as we just came out with the January to June Mini and the Sale-a-bration Mini!

I am mixing something from both catalogs today!

Four cards using the Happy Thoughts stamp set and the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper.

Look up close at each card and the details. Each card is the same layout.

The panel of pattern paper is embossed with the new Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder.

The sentiments are all from the Happy Thoughts stamp set stamped in Basic Gray, punched with the Tailored Tag Punch.

Behind the sentiment is a solid color punch from the Label Me Lovely Punch. It helps to ‘ground’ the Basic White sentiment.

Lastly, the cards are finished off with a swirl of Gray Granite 1/4″ Shimmer Ribbon behind the punches. The ribbon and the Pastel Pearls tie in the Basic Gray sentiment.

I’d love to know what you think of these cards. They were lots of fun to design!
