Happy Thursday everyone! Today is Create with Connie and Mary day for me. And, this week we have a color challenge –
These could go anyway! But, playing with new stuff lately, I went with a clean and simple design just to try out some new stamps –
See. Right? It was rather fun to come up with.
My layer just kept building. I started with the stamped sentiment from a new set, , in the boldest color, Bermuda Bay.
Looking at the card after that, I pulled out another new set, . I decided the Crumb Cake open circles would work great next. Lastly, I added the Daffodil Delight solid circles. I think the stamp set, , is going to be one of my favorite go-to’s. It’s great for backgrounds!
All in all, it was a super quick card. Lastly, a string of the thick baker’s twine made a nice addition to the card. Don’t you agree? Leave me some good ‘card-carma’ and tell me your thoughts.
Then head over to Create with Connie and Mary and see what the other wonderful designers did with these colors. Baby? Masculine? Bold? Who knows – just go see for yourself!
