And time for a Watercooler Wednesday Challenge!

This time our host is Penny! This is what she challenges us with –

A wonderful sketch I must say!

I did have to think about this one. And in no time, I came up with this sweet number –

Clean. Cute. Simple. Wintry. Easy.

I added the sparkly black glimmer paper that has long since been retired, but I had a scrap to make a hat from! Waste not, want not, right? Same thing with the red foil scarf too!

For the tie, I once again found a piece of retired soft whisper white baker’s twine. This was great stuff!!! It’s really inbetwwen the two twines Stampin’ Up now carries.

It’s Watercooler Wednesday challenge day! Mid-week. This was a much-needed break from creating for a holiday fair I’m participating in on Saturday.

Today we have a great challenge to get you thinking –

Love the fact Gail chose this idea. When was the last time you created an interesting fold?

Personally, I’ll play around with new folds that I come across, but, rarely do they make the cut for me.

Until………Until, I created this card –

It’s just simply S W E E T !!!!!

It’s a Twist Gate Fold card. NOT my original idea – I came across it on Splitcoaststampers. And, I just had to try it!!!

As it starts to open….it looks a little funny, or ‘off’.

But, as you can see, fully opened, it’s pretty stinkin’ sweet! It does not want to lay flat because of the special fold.

I love, Love, LOVE, it! I’d like to make a few more of these! It was too much fun!
