We are forever grateful to Dr. Stanley and Dr. Lewis for what you were able to do three years ago, today.
Dr. Stanley was ever so diligent in promptly getting us in contact with Dr. Lewis, who is a phenomenal surgeon.
It is because of you two and everyone else involved that we are able to celebrate the ‘memorable moment’ of three years. The third of many more healthy years to come.
For you my dearest Ed. We have a lifetime of making more memorable moments together!
