Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Saturday blog hop!
Our theme this week features a hug in a mug.
Ahhhhh, I got this! I haven’t used this Warm Hugs Bundle –
Yes, I created a very labor intensive card, unlike me. But, isn’t it gorgeous?!?!
I started by stamping and die cutting the sentiment in Garden Green and Pear Pizzaz. Then the mugs in the alternating colors as well. I added the red heart from the Banner Year stamp simply because it fit perfectly on the mug!
I liked this nifty pattern from the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper. So I cut the to size for the circles.
And after all the die cutting I realized another green was to coordinate with this paper. Oh well, it happens. And, it happens to match just fine here too! Lol!
I added die cut Real red circle for a little more bolder stamped sentiment. There is also a small Soft Sea Foam circle behind the cups as well. See, a lot of steps!
I love how this turned out! Don’t you?
Go forward to check out Debbie Henderson, and back to Cindy Elam. I know they’ll have some great warm projects to inspire us!
