Welcome to our Create with Connie and Mary Thursday challenge.
Here is our newest sketch challenge to get your creativity going!
I took a fun approach to this one creating a masculine card –
It was extremely simple using the Classic Garage 6×6 Designer Series Paper and the Garage Gears Thinlits. One of the patterns in the pack of paper has three sets of these gears on one page! So, you get 12 in all! No coloring required!
Two strips are from the same pack of paper. One of which I stamped the coordinating sentiment using the Stamparatus. Why did I use the Stamparatus? Stamping on a printed pattern paper absorbs the ink making the stamped image lighter. Using the Stamparatus, you can stamp it again once it dries to make it darker.
The other strip and single gear are Silver Foil.
This was a card featured at my April Card Buffet. It was quite popular. It was easy enough for all skill levels!
