Oh what fun we are having at the cooler this week –
Each week, Watercooler Wednesday Challenge has a new challenge for you to play along with. Challenges are great because it gets you to thinking. Do you have products that you’re not sure how to use? Stumped on a card layout? Don’t know where to begin?
Then maybe playing along with our challenges is the thing for you! This week, we have a color challenge –
I love color direction! And, this is a great selection of colors too!
This past weekend, I needed a card for a wedding shower at work. These colors were fun and happy and made for an effortless design –
Wouldn’t any bride-to-be just love to receive this?
Yes, it’s a nice generous 5×5 card! I had to make a custom envelope for it! Thanks to my handy Envelope Punch Board, it came together easily!
For my large flower image, I inked up the stamp in Blushing Bride and then tapped the Watermelon Wonder ink pad around the edges before stamping it. I added the wood sentiment using a mix of Fine Detail Glue and Tombow Liquid Glue. Celebrate just worked beautifully here, don’t you think?
This lovely Watermelon Dotted lace is so nice because it’s stretchy! It ties so neatly!
So. See. Working with colors can be a lot of fun. See what the other wonderful talented team members at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created – then you play along with us!
