Yay, 200?
Well, yes. It’s Freshly Made Sketches 200th sketch challenge!!! They have challenged me a lot over the years! And, of course, again –
This kind of sketch can go any way……it’s so simple. Where to start??
I went to my stamps and just stared until one popped out at me. Calling All Heros was the winner.
I just started playing around and this came together rather quickly. Vellum was a big help. See for yourself –
Pretty cool, right? I stamped the city scape on the vellum and just flipped it to make it look reversed. You might be able to see it a little better here –
The city scape I purposely cut it to go past the base it’s on. Just a little detail….
The glittery ‘yay’ comes from the flip framelits, Circle Card Thinlits. Yes, that set has words!!
So my inspiration came from the sketch obviously and the fact my daughter just moved to a different place. A really cool loft in Boston. So, ‘yay’ for her!!! ‘Yay, 200’ just worked here too!
Go make a card. Go make someones day!
