Alright. Today I have a fun share and of course, it’s a card. And, a story.
I always think of a birthday as a congratulation to the mom, the one who actually gave birth to the said person who is celebrated for the day.
Today is no different.
My mom celebrated another year back on the 25th. I posted about it on the 27th.
Today, I wanted to wish her a Happy Birth Day, because I am celebrating another wonderful year. Doesn’t this stamp said it all –
I needed to design something around it. I decided to try those, oh so easy, washi tape banner flags, that I’ve seen lots of people make. For me, not so easy. But, I did add five to this and that was plenty.
I highlighted the banner with a punched circle. I went through my card base and front, a Project Life 3×4 Grid Card. The striped inside is the Envelope Liner Paper. So cool and just the right addition. See –
This is a little card. I love little cards. It will sit upon my desk!
And, it wouldn’t be complete without a picture too, vintage of course –
Did you see the current one from the other day? I’m We are a bit older.
I’m going to go enjoy the rest of my day and celebrate, ME!
