I started with card stock that measures 5 1/2 x 12.

Score at 2, 4, 8, and 10.

Fold the two inside score lines, inward. Fold back the outer score lines.

Outer DSP panels are 1 3/4 x 5 1/4. Inside is 3 3/4 x 5 1/4.

Decorate. The belly band helps to keep it all in place.

Finished card is 4 x 5 1/2.

So easy!
