I was SO excited to receive the July Paper Pumpkin kit. I rarely take the chance to just ‘play’. The kits have become absolutely fabulous!
I was in awe with what all you got, that I didn’t know what direction to start creating in.
For starters, you received the new In-Color, Blackberry Bliss as your ink spot. Then, the photopolymer stamp set contains 10, ten, stamps! The paper products included are to make 6 cards and 6 boxes! The embellishments included a page of 2 sized die cut silver stars, heart and star stickers, circle tags, twine AND a whole roll of satin ribbon! This kit is endless I tell you.
I’m a big fan of little cards and little projects. I had cut my regular precut cards in half to make 2 before it was shown at convention. So, I did the same here. I made four cards and an open box to store them in.
Just take a look for yourself at all the cuteness –
The box containing the cards. Not sure who this will be for, so I just decorated the outside simply.
Here is an overview of all the cards and the box.
I had removed the closable box top and side flaps to make mine an open box. I used the extra for a base for the ‘HI’. Nice card stock stickers. These are 2 different sized stars here. Yes, included!
The idea was to used the letters to spell wish. I used the negative outer area here. Simple. Cute.
This was a real fun one. I stamped the ‘THANKS’ once in the Blackberry Bliss then just continued stamping to get a lighter and lighter image. I did ‘huff’ a little each time to help the stamping process out. This was my favorite simple card here.
On this card, I just started playing with the kit contents. I think I was getting carried away, so, I stopped. I still like how it turned out. You can see some of the other things from the kit. So many, right?
And, this is my box. I liked the tied ribbon. Just simple. The silver stars added that little something to jazz it up.
After seeing this, considering becoming Paper Pumpkin subscriber? You should. It’s half price right now for new subscribers. That makes it about $10, for the first two months that you sign up. Totally worth it.
Happy Stampin’
